On this blog you’ll find a bit of everything – we’ll of course keep you up to date with all you need to know about Genesys in the UK & Ireland, but mainly we’ll share the very best ideas, tips and stories around customer contact excellence and Customer Experience (CX).

We’ll be sharing standout examples of best practice from our customers and the industry, breaking them down so that you can see how to roll them out across your own business.

We’ll also be keeping our ears to the ground for advice from industry experts, creating practical how-to blogs to help answer your questions around Customer Experience.

We’ll be introducing many authors to you over the course of this blog, and I’m delighted to be one of the contributors. As Vice President of the UK and Ireland at Genesys, my role is to ensure that our customers are successfully using our technology to unlock CX opportunities in their businesses, and I will be sharing those success stories on this blog.
