Adrian Bethell is the Genesys EMEA and LATAM Contact Center Consultant. He identifies opportunities for customers to maximize value through implementation of effective methodologies. Bethell has over 15 years of contact center industry experience including realignment of KPIs and metrics with business goals, implementation of enabling technologies and tools, consolidating customer-centric best practices, and driving innovation and intelligence into operational strategy. Adrian has worked in the Financial, Medical/Healthcare, Technology, Mobile & Telecommunications, Automotive, FMCG, Utilities and Insurance Industries. He has a physics graduate degree from University of Leeds, UK. He is fluent in French and Spanish and speak Italian. He has lived in Barcelona for 10 years with his wife and daughter.

As Director of Social Media Marketing at Genesys, Rachael leads the Genesys social media strategy globally for marketing, corporate communications, and employee advocacy. Rachael brings over 10 years of experience in B2B, B2C, and non-profit marketing. She previously held marketing roles at Arrow Electronics and Comcast Cable. David is the Genesys Regional Director for UK and Middle East. He has over 20 years of experience in helping organisations to implement positive changes to the way they service their customers, whilst driving business growth. He has worked with some of the world's largest brands across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Outsourcing and Technology giving him unique insights into the challenges organisations face today. David has also helped to pivot the sales organisation from selling on-premise to cloud solutions.
