Chip is the Genesys Global Technology Evangelist. Chip spent the first half of his Genesys years as a PureCloud software engineer and team lead for social engagement before transforming into his global strategy and evangelist roles. Possessing five patents pending, Chip continues his active involvement with new technologies like cloud, artificial intelligence, blockchain, automated vehicles, and behavioral shifts that are rapidly impacting the way our society communicates and connects moments. Chip lives in the heart of Tennessee. When not working as a futurist, Chip partners with his wife and family as volunteers every weekend mentoring inner-city and at-risk children.

Brendan has over 25 years of experience in the customer service industry, in both business and technical roles. This broad experience has allowed him to see first-hand the importance for both customers and organizations of delivering consistent omnichannel customer experiences. Brendan has both graduate and post graduate qualifications in Business Management from Bristol Business School. He has been with Genesys since 2007, before which he worked in the energy and telecommunications sectors.

About David Paulding

David is the Genesys Regional Director for UK and Middle East. He has over 20 years of experience in helping organisations to implement positive changes to the way they service their customers, whilst driving business growth. He has worked with some of the world's largest brands across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Retail, Outsourcing and Technology giving him unique insights into the challenges organisations face today. David has also helped to pivot the sales organisation from selling on-premise to cloud solutions.

My role entails working with multiple organisations with a focus on telecommunications, across the UK and Ireland to deliver seamless customer experiences (CX) through the strategic application of technology. Many customers know where they want to be, but are unsure on how to get there and what path best suits them. I take pride in building strong relationships with my customers, enabling them to help their customers achieve their business outcomes whilst providing exceptional CX. For me, it’s all about creating a partnership rather than a single ‘sales transaction’. From an initial conversation, I can recognise the customer need for CX. I then effectively collaborate with you to define a strategy, to ensure a smooth, implementation of positive organisational change. Customer satisfaction is imperative for me and I thoroughly enjoy demonstrating our solutions through a strategic workshop, identifying how you can maximize meeting your customer needs, which in turn; reinforces the need for seamless CX throughout your organisation which is what Genesys do best.
